I’m 82 , my wife is 58. We’ve been married 31 years. I want to live as healthy as I can for as long as I can as does everyone else. I’d like to know how to do that. For me it’s a very complicated subject . There more information on line ect. but I don’t trust most of it, I’m to old to try one thing after another. What is your best advice?
