  1. We are not addicted to things out in the world. It appears that we are addicted to food, to drugs, to alcohol, to gossiping, etc. But all addiction is to a lower consciousness that lives to keep itself alive by feeding itself the sensation of itself that it gets from identifying with itself. That lower self says “just have one bite” and then instantaneously identifies with that suggestion, and in identifying with that suggestion, then comes (from the same lower consciousness) the condemnation for doing so. That is the dualistic mind in action. That is what we need to see. That is the real addiction – to a false sense of self. Guy Finley teaches about this intimate enemy.   2. Great going Michael. Thanks for sharing your fruitarian journey experience in regards to your running game. You reconfirm to me by sharing your account of increasing your running ability by raw fruit what l have seen in my own experience.

    It is really pretty cool when you get all ultra fueled up & energized by fruit. Huh?
    I am not a competitive athlete myself but l do enjoy recreational activity especially cycling. I too have noted since transitioning onto a raw solely plant mostly fruit dietary lifestyle that my recreational activity amount has substantially increased. It is kinda like this – It seems that l have to cycle much, much more than l ever used to just to alleviate the storehouses of energy that collect. Lols.

    Super awesome it is to discover greater potential of ourselves, not only physically but mentally & spiritually as well.
    As it seems to me just solely taking raw seeded plants as dietary habit no doubt provides as the perfect catalyst to maximize our greater potentials in these areas.
