The Health Stores I worked in only ever had a handful of products I would have recommended to customers. Likewise, when I used to work in Hospital as well as Aged Care Kitchens, there were barely any foods worth serving to convalescing patients or residents. Even some of the fruits were pre-cut and dipped in sanitiser for preservation.
