What I meant was that if people feel the need to eat nuts ,plain almonds are the least harmful choice because they are alkaline forming. If you sprout almonds, you greatly reduce the phytic acids, Also, almonds have more carbohydrates than protein and more healthy fat than carbohydrates and protein combined.
