  2. I’m currently going through a healing crisis. This video has helped me to better understand my healing process and how to best deal with fear. Sometimes people in your life will make you feel the healing protocols is all wrong for you. Maybe you’ve lost a lot of weight. Family, friends, and even personal doctors may advise you to stop the diet. It’s reassuring to know I can review the video anytime especially when I’m feeling unsure about my healing process.       If you are having a bad healing crisis, yoga that focuses on the nervous system like spinal yoga is very good . Also, if you research acupressure points for the body you could work on these areas to release blocked energy and strengthen glands to help your detox.
