I've increasingly noticed a subtle pain running from my left inner thigh and hip, seemingly up through my heart then radiating through my left shoulder, and most recently feeling a tingling in my left arm which also extends up to the left side of my head.
What else can I do to clean the lower part of the body?

yes I saw the last video with the filtering and I come from breastcancer treatments I stopped and had 1x filtering big burning stuff like one piece of stone. then my filtering stopped and I am on it all fruits since 6+ months and working on it.
