I am 31 and I have a Spinal cord injury Level C4/C5 (tetraplegic injury) caused by a fall from a cliff. (approximately 14 feet).
When I was 16 I was diagnosed with a “benign” giant cell tumor of the bone located in my sacrum.

I’m laughing like a goof as if I’m actually in the room, when you laugh together. It’s such a beautiful thing, to breathe life back into the hopeless. I catch everyone’s attention with my tummo mastery. Walking threw blasting wind an 20 degrees with nothing but shorts, bearfooted. There always blown away an it draws them in. I find being, is much more effective then telling. No one likes to be told. So i show them, the mighty power of a clean body. Some people laugh at me still. To bad I’m the one really laughing as the wind pummels me i can sit totally exposed baking like a cake. Ah, what a joy. This body you have given us.

Exactly, you can help someone help them selves when youv gone through stuff and what your suggesting, and u understand, and can have compassion, and admitting.
