  1. Interesting info about the once a day full large intestine morning movement. This makes sense. If this is the case then it is just yet another personal indicator for me that l still have more work to do to straighten out my digestive system. Other systems too. Since transitioning diet to about 75%/25% fruit/salad & veg six year ago & mostly nearly all raw, about 95%, nearly 2 years ago, bowel function has way significantly much improved. One large movement first thing upon awakening deserves further research & so possibly l’ll work towards.

    For sure, idealistically speaking, our bodies belong to each of us and from what l gather the powers that shouldn’t be have, since likely near time immortal, taken from us our fullest potential of opportunity to seek out, understand & become the greatest, best versions of our selves. They ensnare & enslave us largely by their purposefully orchestrated misdirection of our dietary habit. God only knows the full extent of other methods they nefariously employ so as to obsessively dominate & control. In our weakness they assume positions of power. Seems a great way to return in kind to this power play, a redirect of ourselves unto our proper dietary habit so as to experience a return to wellness of our fullest potential of physical strength & spiritual awareness. A strengthening of one’s self is inevitably certain by transitioning into a raw fruitarian dietary habit. I know from others accounts & also as well as my family & mine that we are experiencing this most incredibly awesome transformation from once being nearly dead unto now more & more increasingly living. Being brought alive by the salvational aid of raw fresh fruit has been an amazing experience! Way, way much better than being barely alive & almost dead following false hope, going nowhere ideologies of so called quote, unquote ‘healthy’ diet dogmatic nonsense.

    As Robert says, ‘Power up baby!’
    My words, ‘Remember that fruit is your arsenal. & herbs too make for a great resource to help ease up the death so as to further equalize out this incessantly unwelcome power grab that is most unjustifiably upon us.’
