I was diagnosed with HBP at 19 years old and high cholesterol at 25 years old. My BP on meds stays around 130/90. Off meds I stay around 170/115.
I have recently had my thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer and now in recovery process. Just wanted to know, even though I am taking life long medication... Can I still take iodine example seaweed, kelp, kale, iodised salt etc... and what else helps with upping my energy levels?
During second operation they have removed total 14 lymph nodes. located around the abdomen and groin.

Being touched sends me into overdrive, feels disgusting. I cannot stand the feeling and I need to scratch the feeling out.
My problem is that I cough thick mucus everyday since my throat got an infection one year ago, sometimes it's dark color.
I have chronic cough for over a decade which seemed to get worse during Covid time.
