This week my nephew of 46 years old was diagnosed with bacterias in the heart. Could you please answer this bacteria problem to me, can you explain the reason why there would be bacterias there?

I am a student level l, been Raw for plus 10 years, been doing many fastings. Many years ago I did silicone injection on my buttocks. My husband has had a double lung transplant 9 years ago and has recently developed high blood pressure and high blood sugar. He has cystic fibrosis. Do you have experience with transplant patients? Will the fruit diet cause problems with rejection? What should I do?

What herbs do you recommend for really shaky hands? I think it’s due to the mercury in my mouth, I’m having removed in January. And I have been drinking lemon water but I stopped that today. Thank you for helping ❤️
