You have embarked upon an amazing path my friend. I hope to encourage you to keep it up! It is very likely ongoing rewards/miracles will happen for you if you do. As Robert has said in regards to the raw fruitarian dietary practice. ‘Everything gets better. Everything.’ Absolute truth l have discovered this to be in my experience of 6 years taking in seeded plants only. About 2 years now l’ve practiced 97+% raw & mostly about 75-90% fruit.
Regarding fruit, this dietary habit is as you’re discovering proves to be very cleansing & very reformative & rejuvenating for ourselves. & of course herbs taken considerately is wise as they are incredibly capable to assist us to cleanse & strengthen so as to heal up.
Another fav Dr. Robert Morse quote of mine is, ‘the spine will align.’
So I’ll share some details of my all of a sudden ‘the spine will align’ experience as a result of following Robert’s dietary advice.
Basically my body released itself of a chronic stiff neck condition as a result from a head on car accident + as also a result of my continuing an intake of acidifying dietary habits of 47 years. I had the accident when l was 18 & 30 years later my stiff neck came undone in just a few out of the blue impromptu neck/spinal adjustments just 4 months after embarking upon my fruitarian dietary journey. I was 48 when the great, & l mean GREAT IN ALL CAPS, adjustments came. A few quick head twists, one to the left and one to the right, happened in my mother-in-laws front room. By far the best neck/back adjustments l have ever had! A 30 year old chronic stiff neck, gone. Interesting was that there was no chiropractor involved! Needless to say I was totally sold on all fruit/or mostly fruit at that point. Haven’t even looked back at old dietary habits since. The ‘alignment’ occurred 6 years ago coming up this January. I am so very absolutely happy that l have continued this incredibly amazing life transforming course.
I too, in the past with prior diet habit, have dealt with the challenge that a frogged head brings. I am relieved as this does not occur really much anymore but only on seldom occasion. No doubt in my mind that it has cleared up by practicing a diet of mostly fruit intake. + applying cleansing protocols, herbs, dry fasting etc.

The dietary practice of raw fruit and herbs really seems to be likely the best healing practice in regards of dietary manner a person can apply it seems as far as l can gather. It amazes me still after 7 years now the ongoing increased benefits l’ve seen of myself from this dietary lifestyle.
Make no doubt of this – l haven’t any at all as having seen so much amazing incredible healing up results – that mankind is without question a frugivore / herbivore species.
Two other potential helpful resources to consider in regards to increasing spinal alignment.
Yoga and grounding.
Among other potential tools / resources that could assist this concern, these two come to mind. As for myself, I haven’t yet delved much into yoga, but have taken practice of barefoot walking in warmer weather in recent history. I’ve heard that this practice can greatly assist to straighten out a misaligned spine, barefoot walking and grounding, earthing, in general. I’ve noted being more limber after grounding barefoot walking sessions and just an overall more sense of well-being. An increase of agility in movement of spine & joints l note too.

Yes, eating as the creator intended is so important. John Rose also talks about this stuff and shows very similar ways so you can see in many truthers the right way. Pharma is just new age sub science so that stuff has pretty much being sold to most people and they made it really hard for people to go a different way. Dr. Morse is one of those people who are very helpful and all his team as well, of course. EFT Techniques are a great tool to use along with all this…….they make it easier to apply new habits and you can learn them for free in many places like 1ReikiFloW, eftuniverse………….lots of possibilities. Keep going………cleaning out and living as nature truly intended~ Non vegans will never be healthy, they go against nature and even in the Bible it says, fire will burn you inside out………..this was always known~
